Shipping policy

Free U.S. shipping
Every order shipped within the United States ships free. There is no minimum order amount.
Processing time
Orders are prepared and leave within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).
Delivery time
After your order ships, delivery usually takes 7–12 business days, so most orders arrive within 8–14 business days of purchase. Holiday seasons and weather can add a few days. If you need an order by a certain date, email us before you buy and we will tell you honestly whether it can arrive in time.
Shipping confirmation
When your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation, with tracking details when they are available.
International orders
We also ship to selected countries outside the U.S. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Import duties or taxes charged by your country, if any, are paid by the customer.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email us and we will send a replacement or refund you. See our Refund Policy for details.

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible so we can correct it before the order ships.
