Terms of service

Overview

This website is operated by Bible Verse Faith ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our store

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online platform we use to sell our products. You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order.

Products and descriptions

We try to describe and show our products as accurately as possible. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen, and sizes are measured by hand, so small differences are normal. Product photos may show the item in an example setting.

NFC features

Some products contain an NFC tag that opens a web page with a Bible verse when tapped with a compatible phone. NFC reading depends on your phone model and settings. The content opened by the tag is provided as an inspirational service and may change over time.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds in our Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

The text, images and design of this website belong to us or are used with permission. Please do not copy them without our written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to your order.
